🔯 Position:- VMC OPERATOR

🔯 Location:- KAMOTHE

🔯 Salary:- UPTO 25K-30K

🔯 Experience:- MINIMUM 3 YEAR

🔯 Qualification:- - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Key skills & Responsibilities :-

🔆 Operate and set up Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines according to job specifications.

🔆 Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.

🔆 Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.

🔆 Load workpieces and tools into the machine, ensuring proper alignment and secure clamping.

🔆Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.

🔆 Perform basic CNC program edits, tool offset changes, and troubleshooting.

🔆 Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges).

🔆 Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks.

🔆 Ensure adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and safety protocols.
