VMC Operator – Mitsubishi Control | Tool Room Experience

Job Title: VMC Operator
Department: Tool Room
Experience: 1–5 Years
Location: Pune

Job Responsibilities:

Operate VMC machines with Mitsubishi Control system.
Perform machining operations as per drawing and production requirements.
Set tools, offsets, and work coordinates on VMC machine.
Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
Perform drilling, milling, tapping, and finishing operations.
Check dimensions using measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Ensure quality of machined components as per specifications.
Handle Tool Room jobs, fixtures, and precision components.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S & safety practices.
Report machine abnormalities or breakdowns to supervisor.
