VMC Machine operator

We are looking for a VMC Machine Operators to join our team Accurate Machines – Pharma machine manufacturing. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of On Hand – Upto 17k (Depends on a Current salary and Interview). and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor VMC machines to produce metal parts according to specifications.

• Experience of G Code / M Code, Drilling cycle, Machines speed, XY Controller, dimensions.

• - G-code commands define the machine's movements (like rapid positioning, linear interpolation, circular interpolation), spindle speed, tool selection, and other actions. G-code allows for precise and repeatable control of the machine's actions, enabling the creation of complex shapes and parts.

• - M-codes are also known as miscellaneous codes, as they control various machine operations that are not directly related to the tool's movement. They manage functions like spindle start/stop, coolant on/off, tool changes, and program flow (e.g., stopping, resuming, or ending the program).

• Experience of Drilling Cycle with code.

• Load and unload materials onto the machines

• Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Set up and operate VMC machines according to established procedures and production schedules, including loading raw materials and tooling.

• using hand tools in the manufacturing process.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints / Drawing Reading

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th or 12th pass,ITI (Fitter/Machinist) and 2 to 5 years in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
