Vendor Management

We are looking for a Vendoring Engineer to join our team PraMognya. The role involves Sourcing , Evaluation and onboarding of of Vendors as per the company requirement. Study of the drawings, Floating the enquiries, Getting offers , Evaluation of the offers and preparation of the work orders to the vendors, Shipping the materials to vendor place, Periodical Inspections as per the order requirement. This position offers an in-hand salary of 12000 to 20000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visiting different industrial areas and identifying the vendors.

• Evaluation of the vendors based on the company procedures

• Selection of vendors and onboarding the vendors

• Explain & Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Study of the drawings given by the designs and explain the same to the vendors and get the quotations from the vendors, preparation of comparative statements, taking approval from the management, preparation and release of work orders/purchase orders, shipping the materials, performing the stage-wise inspections, preparation of inspection reports, submitting to the customer and assisting the vendor to rectify the job based on the comments by the customers, getting it packed and keeping them ready for dispatch.

• Collaborate with teams for better understanding the job and improve the quality and timely delivery.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma In Mechanical Engineering and Fresher to 2 years Experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
