Job Description

We are looking for a Turner to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating turning machines, machining components as per drawings, and maintaining quality standards on the shop floor. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate lathe/turning machines for machining components
Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
Set up tools, select cutting parameters, and perform machining operations
Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish of components
Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
Maintain production records and follow work instructions
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed on the shop floor

Requirements

ITI in Turner trade or relevant technical qualification
0–3 years of experience (freshers are welcome)
Basic knowledge of machining processes and measuring instruments
Ability to read drawings and follow instructions
Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
