Job Title: Travel Desk Executive
Job Summary
The Travel Desk Executive is responsible for managing all travel-related arrangements for employees, guests, and management. The role involves coordinating flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa support, local transportation, and ensuring cost-effective and smooth travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage domestic and international travel bookings including flights, trains, and hotels.Coordinate local transportation such as airport transfers, taxis, and car rentals.Handle travel itineraries and share complete travel details with employees and management.
Maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, and hotel vendors.Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality travel arrangements.
Assist with visa documentation and travel insurance if required.
Track and maintain travel expense records and invoices.
Ensure compliance with the company’s travel policies and approvals.
Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Maintain travel logs and reports for management review.
Provide 24/7 support for urgent travel issues when required.
Required Skills

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Administration or related field.
2–5 years of experience in corporate travel management or travel desk operations.
familiarity with travel booking tools, visa processes, and itinerary planning.

Experience working with corporate travel policies.
Knowledge of international travel documentation.
Experience coordinating large group travel or events.
