Transport Coordinator

• Coordinate and schedule daily transport operations, including dispatch and routing of vehicles.

• Monitor vehicle movement using GPS and transport management systems (TMS).

• Liaise with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

• Maintain accurate records of transport activities, fuel usage, and delivery documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Handle transport-related queries and resolve issues promptly.

• Assist in optimizing routes to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.

• Track and report KPIs such as on-time delivery, fuel efficiency, and vehicle utilization.
