📢 We’re Hiring: Toolroom Executive

📍 Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad
💰 Salary: ₹4 – ₹5 LPA
🕒 Experience: 3–4 Years
🎓 Qualification: DPMT / Diploma in Tool & Die Making (NTTF / IGTR Preferred)

🔧 Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Toolroom Executive to support and execute planned tool room activities including Preventive Maintenance (PM) of moulds and breakdown corrections. The role involves coordination, supervision, documentation, and ensuring smooth tool room operations.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and adherence to Monthly Mould PM Plan

• Allocation of jobs to tool makers/technicians and performance review

• Breakdown analysis and implementation of corrective actions

• Maintaining and monitoring critical spare parts inventory

• Ensuring 5S implementation in the tool room

• Preparation of purchase indents for consumables and materials

• Handling mould inward reports for new moulds and coordinating trials with NPD/PDN

• Vendor coordination for outsourced job work

• Identifying training needs (TNI) for subordinates and coordinating with HR

• Preparation of QRM / MRM / MIS reports

• Maintenance and updating of IATF documentation

• Follow-up with purchase team for indented materials

• Participation in DWM and CFT meetings (APQP / G8D)
