Job Description

Manufacture, assemble, and maintain press tools, dies, moulds, jigs, and fixtures as per design specifications.Perform precision machining operations such as milling, turning, grinding, EDM, and wire-cut.Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance of tools and dies.Troubleshoot tool-related issues and implement modifications for performance improvement.Support production during tool setup, trials, and die try-outs.Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments and follow quality standards.Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and tool design documents.Maintain tool history records, maintenance logs, and documentation.Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams for continuous improvement.Ensure tool safety, reliability, and readiness to meet production targets.
