• Perform precision machining using lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment.

• Conduct die maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to ensure consistent operation.

• Inspect finished tools and dies for accuracy, dimensions, and performance.

• Maintain and improve existing tooling to enhance production efficiency and quality.

• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve design and manufacturing issues.

• Ensure tools and dies comply with quality and safety standards.

• Keep accurate maintenance and repair records for all tools and dies.

• Follow workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
