Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and install dies on hydraulic press machines as per job instructions.

• Adjust die alignment, clearances, and machine settings for proper operation.

• Conduct trial runs to ensure correct part quality before starting mass production.

• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during operation.

• Follow all safety procedures during die setting and machine handling.

• Inspect dies for damage, wear, or alignment issues and report to maintenance if needed.

• Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure proper lubrication where required.

• Coordinate with the production team for shift-wise job planning.

• Keep records of die changes, machine settings, and production output.

• Troubleshoot minor issues related to hydraulic machines and dies.

• Ensure all tools, clamps, and fixtures are properly tightened and secured.
