Key Responsibilities:

Set up and install dies on hydraulic press machines as per job instructions.
Adjust die alignment, clearances, and machine settings for proper operation.
Conduct trial runs to ensure correct part quality before starting mass production.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during operation.
Follow all safety procedures during die setting and machine handling.
Inspect dies for damage, wear, or alignment issues and report to maintenance if needed.
Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure proper lubrication where required.
Coordinate with the production team for shift-wise job planning.
Keep records of die changes, machine settings, and production output.
Troubleshoot minor issues related to hydraulic machines and dies.
Ensure all tools, clamps, and fixtures are properly tightened and secured.
