Tool and Die Maker

Key Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of CNC, VMC, and conventional machines (lathe, milling, grinding, etc.)

2. Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols

3. Support tool design, die maintenance, and fixture development activities

4. Conduct precision measurement using instruments like Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.

5. Assist in assembly and troubleshooting of jigs, fixtures, and dies

6. Follow shop floor safety and quality standards

Skills & Competencies:

1. Proficient in AutoCAD(must), SolidWorks

2. Knowledge of CNC programming

3. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

4. Discipline and commitment to continuous learning
