Job Description

We are looking for a Tool & Die Maker with ITI in Tool & Die.

Job Responsibilities:

· Experience CNC operator

· Basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM

· Ability to read and interpret drawings.

· Ability to use precision measurement tools.

· Knowledge of hexa (Blade, Clamp, Motor, Coolant System, Vice, Rocker Arm, Base, V belt, Pulley, Lever), Rough Milling (Motor, Head, Work table, Base, Longitudinal traverse Hand Wheel, Cross Feed Handle i.e. Cross traverse hand wheel, Vertical Movement Crank, Spindle, X,Y,Z axis ) and Grinding (Cross slide, Wheel Gaurd, Vertical Wheel Hand wheel, Worktable) Machine Parts.

· Knowledge of Materials (En31, HDS, HCHCR, Copper)

· Knowledge of CNC (BFW & Hurco) Machine Parts (Bed, Spindle, Work table, Base, Tool Changer, Control Panel , Coolant system, Emergency Stop Button, Limit Switch, Ball Screws and Guideways, Coolant Pump Machine, Work light).

· Can calculate requirements, using basic math, geometry

· Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management

· Maintain a safe and clean work space

· Follow established safety rules and regulations
