Tool and Die Maker

We are looking for a Tool and Die Maker to join our team at Garden's Need Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• esign Interpretation & Planning: Analyzing blueprints, CAD models, and technical specifications to plan the manufacturing process of the die.

• Fabrication & Machining: Using precision machinery—including CNC machines, grinding, drilling, and milling machines—to cut and shape metal components (steel/aluminum) according to exact dimensions.

• Assembly & Fitting: Assembling, fitting, and polishing mold components, ensuring proper alignment, clearance, and functional accuracy.

• Maintenance & Repair: Performing preventive maintenance, repairing damaged molds, and replacing worn-out components to minimize production downtime.

• Troubleshooting & Trials: Conducting mould trials (sampling) and troubleshooting issues related to, for example, injection pressure, cooling, or venting to ensure high-quality parts.

• Quality Control: Using measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify that finished molds meet precise tolerance standards.

• Safety & Compliance: Adhering to safety standards (e.g., handling heavy machinery, sharp tools) and maintaining a clean, organized tool room.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 3 - 6 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
