Mold Maker (PVC & Metal Tap Dyes – Bath Fittings)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manufacture precision metal dyes/molds used for:

• Plastic (PVC) bathroom taps

• Metal taps and fittings

• Operate and maintain key machinery such as:

• Lathe machines

• Grinders

• Surface grinding machines

• Ensure high accuracy and surface finish in mold creation for smooth production runs.

• Work closely with the production team to test and refine newly made dyes.

• Train and supervise one assigned helper for supporting mold-making tasks.

• Conduct routine maintenance and upkeep of mold-making tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in mold/dye making, preferably in the bath fittings industry.

• Strong understanding of PVC material behavior and mold design for plastic injection or casting.

• Skilled in handling precision tools and operating heavy mold machinery.

• Ability to read technical drawings and translate them into workable molds.
