Tender Executive

Job Description:

1. Research and identify potential tender opportunities from various sources like online platforms, client requests, and public notices. 

2. Carefully analyze tender documents to understand the specific needs and requirements of the client. 

3. Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary information for tender preparation. 

4. Track deadlines and ensure all tenders are submitted within the stipulated timeframe. 

5. Track the status of submitted tenders and follow up on any required clarifications or presentations. 

6. Compile and prepare all necessary documentation, including technical and financial bids, questionnaires, and pre-qualifications. 

7. Ensure consistency and adherence to company standards for tender submissions. 

8. Contact original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to obtain necessary documentation and information. 

9. Gather quotations from different vendors and prepare comparative statements to support the bid. 

10. Address any queries or requests for information from the client regarding the tender.
