Job Description

Key Responsibilities Utility Management: Maintain and operate essential utilities including Vacuum pumps, Compressors, Dust collecting units, and Pneumatic feed systems.

Maintenance & Repair: Execute routine maintenance and rapid troubleshooting to ensure continuous production.

Operational Support: Handle tool management, spare parts inventory, and basic machining processes.

Shift Work: Must be flexible and ready to work in rotating shifts.

Technical Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar industry (FMCG or Engineering preferred).

Core Skills: Strong technical proficiency in machine maintenance, assembly preparation, and troubleshooting

Knowledge of Breakdown Analysis and Quality Systems.

Familiarity with operational excellence methodologies like 5S, Kaizen, ISO, or Six Sigma. Basic understanding of pneumatics and spare management.
