🎯 Job Objective:

Assist in the assembly of BPL medical equipment under senior supervision. Gain hands‑on technical exposure in electromechanical assembly processes related to healthcare devices.

💵 Compensation:

• Fixed CTC: ₹25,000 per month

• Additional Benefits: Overtime (OT) pay & attendance bonus

🕐 Working Hours:

• 8‑hour shifts, rotating across three schedules (morning, afternoon, night)

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble medical devices/components per provided SOPs and technical documents

• Assist in calibration, functional checks, and ensuring alignments/specifications are met

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the work zone

• Support troubleshooting under guidance to ensure quality standards

• Record assembly activities and collaborate for process improvements

• Report issues or defects to supervision for resolution

• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical tools and measurement instruments

• Ability to follow instructions, maintain accuracy, and work systematically

• Good hand‑eye coordination and dexterity

• Team‑oriented, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Basic communication in English/Hindi/local language
