Tech Support- Tear Down Benchmarking Function Research & Development - Jaipur Pay Band E3 & Below Role Tech Support- Tear Down Benchmarking A purpose driven role for you Complete study of vehicle level for competitor vehicles, which includes report generation and vehicle level performance data e.g. thermal test, brake test and dynamic proto vehicle testing. A Day in the life • Cost and reverse Engineering of competitor two-wheeler parts. • Contribution in competitor vehicle data generation and identifying the potential areas of optimization. • Quality & Delivery • Benchmarking of models and knowledge of technical requirement. Academic Qualification & Experience Diploma. (Mech) Technical Skills/Knowledge • Part drawing reading, fits and Tolerances. • Handling of precise Measuring instrument like Vernier calliper, Micro meter etc. • Part Visual Inspection; taking measurements; adjusting and re-programming controls. • Complete study of vehicle level for competitor vehicles, which includes report generation and vehicle level performance data e.g. thermal test, brake test and dynamic proto vehicle testing. • Knowledge of Cost Re-Engineering. • Data generation and analytics • Knowledge of 2-Wheeler Conveyor assembly processes. • Knowledge of Vehicle performance test, Brake test, temperature mapping, On road performance, data logger eg VBOX, 2D system, Graphtec etc) • Knowledge of Mechanical Proprietary parts – Engine and Transmission, Chassis (Suspension System, Brake System), Basic Knowledge of Vehicle reverse engineering. Behavioural Skills Communication, MS Office , CATIA, Team centre Innovation & Creativity Problem Solving, Basic knowledge of Project Management and mfg. process.
