TM/LINE INCHARGE-ALUMINIUM PHASE Function Plant Operations Pay Band E3 & Below Role As a TM/Line In charge – you will be a part of Aluminium Phase Engine department and will report to Section Head - Aluminium phase.Your role will be: • Shift production in-charge in Aluminium Phase operation with Robotic set up. • Meet Daily Production Target of Engine components (Crank case & Cylinder Head) produced in Aluminium Phase with optimum utilization of resources. A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 1. Achieve Total Annual Dispatch Volume based on Sales Plan-Adherence to Shift wise production plan 2. Build Safe work Environment-ZERO Safety Incident – Fatal/ RLTI/ LTI / First Aid 3. Regain Quality Premium by Ensuring Right First Time-Zero Defect Outflow 4.
