About the Role: The role of UI South Asia Supply Planning Assistant Manager is to optimize inventory, service and cost while dealing with volatility. Lead must be the supply chain face for the relevant category and collaborate with customer marketing, planning, and sales teams continuously. He/ She will be leading the team of central supply and network planners and branch customer service team to bring in efficiencies and manage disruptions. Lead must work with planning excellence, demand planning and distribution planning to implement new technologies in planning and customer service. He/she should lead supply chain strategy to build an agile, efficient, collaborative, and aligned end to end network. Provide leadership and inspiration to drive cost savings projects. He/ She will have to collaborate with all verticals and be the supply chain point of contact for the category and other supply chain teams. Business Title: UI South Asia Supply Planning Assistant Manager Location: Mumbai HO Key Accountabilities: • Manage the supply planning processes, focusing on short term and medium planning and inventory management of finished goods. • Review Short/Medium term master production scheduling and material requirement planning. • Review medium term demand and capacity to identify and unlock any capacity issues • Partner with SUs and procurement teams to deliver high service levels at optimal cost, identify and implement capacity unlock and saving projects • Partner with logistics team to find unlocks for support high service level, support in digitization and drive efficiencies. • Drive various Supply Planning projects like simplification, running strategy, saving ideas etc • Work with Supply Chain finance, procurement and SUs to find opportunities to optimize TPs • Reduce business waste by strengthening MRP process, regular inventory reviews, managing transitions efficiently and robust Supply and Demand Reviews. • Work with HUL planning team to improve processes and collaboration between teams Key KPIs: • Service-DR, Order to invoice LT • Inventory- Value, MAT • Cost – Business Waste, CU%, Spot % (Logistics) • Master Hygiene • Digitization Key Stakeholders: • Category Teams- Marketing, Customer Marketing • Factory teams • Customer Development- -CCMs, ASMs • Planning- Central Demand and Distribution Planning teams, Planning Excellence, • Delivery- Branch Fulfilment teams and Central Logistics • Category & SC Finance • Procurement and R&D. Experience Requirement: Min 8-10 yrs of experience in Supply Planning/ Demand Planning /Customer Service/ Supply chain other verticals Educational Qualification: Graduate in Engineering / Finance /MBA in Supply Chain Management Experience Level Mid Level
