Job Description

Minda Spark is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Production Line Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a production line, overseeing associates, and ensuring operational excellence.*Key Responsibilities**Manpower Management*: Handle and allocate manpower effectively on the production line.*Production Targets*: Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per the plan.*Performance Monitoring*: Track and improve line efficiency, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and OLE.*Resource Management*: Oversee the handling of materials and consumables.*Workforce Optimization*: Manage team absenteeism and ensure optimal manpower utilization.*Continuous Improvement*: Implement and drive continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen, 5S, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).*Required Skills & Qualifications**Education*: Diploma or ITI is required.*Technical Skills*: Strong understanding of line balancing, cycle time, and Takt time.Problem-Solving: Proven ability to use problem-solving tools (like 7QC tools and root cause analysis).*Computer Skills*: Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office.
