Mechanical Press Shop Supervisor

Sainath Udyog is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mechanical Press Shop Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations & Scheduling: Oversee and manage the daily production schedule for the mechanical press shop, ensuring all targets are met efficiently.

• Die Setting: Demonstrate strong proficiency in die setting on fixed-stroke Aida press machines. This includes accurate setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting to optimize production.

• Tool Maintenance: Implement and oversee robust tool maintenance practices to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of all tooling.

• Supervision & Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of press operators, fostering a productive and safe working environment.

• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of pressed components, identifying and addressing any deviations from specifications.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all press shop operations adhere to company safety policies and relevant industry regulations.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve operational issues with press machines and tooling efficiently.
