Supervisor

1. Site Management & Coordination

• Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.

• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure smooth workflow.

• Plan daily tasks and allocate resources efficiently.

2. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety rules and company policies at the site.

• Conduct regular safety checks and ensure proper use of PPE.

• Report incidents, hazards, or safety breaches immediately.

3. Quality Control

• Inspect work quality and materials to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Identify and resolve construction issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

4. Progress Monitoring

• Track project timelines and report progress to project managers.

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials and prevent delays.

5. Communication & Coordination

• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Attend site meetings and communicate decisions to the team.

• Manage and resolve conflicts or issues arising on site
