Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily project and quality activities on the shop floor
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements
Handle customer complaints and take corrective actions
Maintain quality reports, records, and documentation
Coordinate with production, quality, and client teams
Ensure proper use of measuring instruments and tools
Monitor team performance and guide operators/inspectors
Follow safety and company policies at all times

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of quality tools and inspection methods
Good communication and team handling skills
Problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports)
Attention to detail

Qualification:

Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Mechanical or related field preferred)

Experience:

1–3 years in quality or project supervision (preferably in the automobile industry)
