Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day activities of employees at the site.
Handle employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and shift management.
Coordinate manpower supply based on project/site requirements.
Maintain daily employee records (attendance, deployment, etc.).
Liaise with labor contractors for timely manpower supply.
Act as a communication bridge between employee and management.
Assist in onboarding new employee (ID cards, rules briefing, etc.).
Ensure smooth coordination between employee and superiors.
Requirements:
Experience in labor supervision preferred.
Good communication in Telugu/Hindi.
Responsible and people-friendly attitude.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
Flexible with site timings and travel.
Location: VM Towers, Suchitra, Hyderabad
