We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at Indian Aerosols Pvt. Ltd. (Bahadurgarh Factory)
The role involves supervising paint operations, ensuring quality standards, managing team performance, and maintaining equipment efficiency. This position offers an in-hand salary of 12000/- and an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing paint manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily paint shop operations and lead a team of painters and operators

• Monitor paint application processes, including surface preparation, coating, and curing

• Maintain safety and quality standards in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines

• Conduct equipment checks and coordinate preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Track material usage, manage paint and chemical inventory, and ensure proper storage

• Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve defects and implement improvements

• Keep records of production output, defects, rework, and daily reports

• Support trials of new products, tools, and coating technologies

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a 12th pass , Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 0-5 years of experience in paint manufacturing or a related field. Leadership skills, technical knowledge of paint processes, and a strong focus on safety and quality are essential for this role.
