Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

B.Sc

B.Tech / B.E. Mechanical Engineering

Industry: Metal Products Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow

• Monitor machine operations and production output

• Maintain quality standards and minimize rejection/wastage

• Coordinate with production team for timely completion of targets

• Ensure proper use of raw materials and equipment

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain workplace discipline

• Prepare production reports and maintain records

• Support continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of production processes in metal industry

• Understanding of machine handling and operations

• Problem-solving and team coordination skills

• Knowledge of quality and safety standards
