We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Printing Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily printing operations. The role involves supervising the production team, ensuring quality standards, meeting deadlines, maintaining equipment, and optimizing workflow efficiency to deliver high-quality printed materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily printing production activities.

• Assign tasks and monitor performance of machine operators and production staff.

• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and client requirements.

• Oversee setup, operation, and maintenance of printing machines.

• Monitor material usage and manage inventory of inks, paper, and other supplies.

• Implement and enforce safety standards and company policies on the production floor.

• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency.

• Resolve technical issues, troubleshoot equipment problems, and escalate as needed.

• Train and mentor production staff to improve skills and productivity.

• Prepare and maintain production reports, including downtime, output, and waste.

• Collaborate with design, pre-press, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
