Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team GNG Global . The role involves day to day operations management in terms of production & Dispatch maintaining quality standards and manpower management.

Key Responsibilities:

• supervise overall plant operations including production , Dispatch & workforce management .

• Monitor daily production schedule & ensure timely delivery of orders .

• Maintain records for room inventory & finished goods .

• Manage a team of 100- 200 workers across shift.

• coordinate with maintenance , purchase & quality control team

• Ensure safety, Discipline & compliance on the floor.

• prepare daily production and dispatch report.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and Experience should be 2 to 5 years in manufacturing or a related field.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
