Job Description

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining smooth plant operations for our products. The role involves coordinating with the production team, monitoring raw materials and finished goods, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with safety and ISO standards.

Job Description:

• Planning, organizing and executing production schedules

• Assessing project and resource requirements

• Coordination with QC and Sales Team.

• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met

• Determining quality control standards

• Overseeing production processes and ensure daily production targets are met

• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary

• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment/machinery

• Supervising the work of labor force and suggest improvements

• Tracking pending orders, maintain stocks of raw materials.

• Keeping track of inventory, raw materials and packaging materials.

Qualification and Skills:

• Graduate in Science – Engineering / Chemistry background

• Should have min 2-5 years of experience in Construction chemicals / Paints industry

• Knowledge of production process and activities, should be capable enough to work under stress, manage production rate and meeting deadlines.

• Good communication skills and knowledge of languages

• Knowledge of operations & time management

• Knowledge of operation basic QC & QC Equipment will be preferred
