Execute daily production plans and achieve production targets.
Supervise processing, roasting, blending, grading, and packaging operations.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Monitor production efficiency, quality, yield, and wastage control.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, BRC, and Food Safety standards.
Maintain production records, batch documentation, and material reconciliation.
Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
Manage shift operations and supervise production manpower.
Ensure hygiene, housekeeping, and workplace safety across production areas.
Support new product trials and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare daily production reports and MIS.
Participate in audits and ensure compliance with quality systems.
