• Supervise daily construction activities on site to ensure work is done safely, on time and as per the plans and standards.

• Lead and coordinate construction workers, subcontractors & teams to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.

• Monitor quality, safety & compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and site regulations.

• Inspect work progress & resolve issues by communicating with project managers and team members.

• Manage site resources, materials & schedules to meet deadlines and project targets.
