Store Officer

We are looking for a Stores Officer to join our team at Evershine Build India Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should be able to Maintain records of the material received and dispatched. Responsible for inventory managements at factory between departments.

• He will be responsible for Daily Issue of materials, handling Purchase Orders, Invoices & other documentations related to Inventory.

• Should have Knowledge and will be responsible for maintaining the records of indents, physical materials (physical stock verification and also records in software / MS office).

• Based on the requirement received from departments/manager should be able procure required material and process the loading and unloading of the materials. Should be able to take care of Logistics for dispatching materials internally and external and keeping track of the same.

• Should maintain MIS records and submit reports to management.

• Follow FIFO/LIFO method of maintaining inventory.

• Should be able to work under pressure & flexible.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any field

• 2-3 years of experience in managing warehouse operations / Invoicing / Basic GST guidelines

• Should have hands-on experience in store management and accounting

• Experience in Managing Logistics

• Knowledge of MS Office & accounting software’s such as Tally

• Able to Manage Labour / Logistics / Documentation & Overall hygiene

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
