We need a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail location. You will oversee day-to-day operations, inspire the sales team to hit targets, and maintain high brand standards. You act as the main link between corporate goals and on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and mentor team members while monitoring performance.
Sales & Growth: Track sales metrics, implement promotional strategies, and motivate staff to achieve revenue goals.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order products, handle deliveries, and minimize stock loss.
Customer Service: Resolve complaints promptly and model top-tier service standards on the sales floor.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive displays and layout standards that align with brand image.
