Urgent Opening for Assistant Inventory manager
Job Summary:
The Assistant Store manager is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock records, handling material receipts and issues, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting ISO audit preparations. The role requires coordination with other departments to ensure smooth material flow, stock control, and compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain stock registers, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and other inventory documents.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update them regularly.
• Conduct periodic physical verification of stock and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure the storage of materials in an organized and accessible manner.
• Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper records.
• Coordinate with the purchase departments for timely availability of materials.
• Update ERP/software systems for stock transactions and generate reports.
• Ensure all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.

• Coordinate with internal teams about material requirements.
• Follow safety and compliance guidelines in store operations.
• Minimize material wastage and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management review.
• Should have knowledge to face ISO audit and preparation of related documentation.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Experience in facing ISO audits and preparing necessary documentation.
• Report any shortages, damages, or obsolete materials to the concerned authorities.
• Key Skills & Competencies:
• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Experience in handling store operations in the relevant industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work under a workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of safety and compliance procedures in store management.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions related to inventory management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:Any Graduate/Diplomain a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3years of experience as a Store Keeper in a similar industry.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP software, inventory management systems, and MS Office.
