Full Time
Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations at the manufacturing plant.
Handle Raw Material (RM), Packaging Material (PM), Finished Goods and other inventory.
Ensure proper receiving, inspection coordination, storage and issuance of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records, GRN, material issue/receipt slips and inventory documentation.
Ensure materials are stored as per defined FIFO/FEFO and safety requirements.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, Dispatch and Accounts for material requirements and availability.
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages and excesses.
Ensure proper batch-wise and expiry-wise inventory management.
Maintain proper identification, labelling and segregation of materials.
Ensure 5S, housekeeping, safety and hygiene standards within the store area.
Manage and supervise store executives, store assistants and warehouse staff.
Allocate daily work and monitor team performance.
Maintain records for damaged, rejected, expired and non-moving materials.
Support stock audits and internal/external inspections.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, inventory control procedures and documentation requirements.
Prepare and share regular inventory and stock reports with management.
