Position: Store In-charge
Location: Plot No. 3, Street No. 8, Sector 7B, IMT Jhajjar, Haryana
Department: Store & Inventory
Salary Range: ₹15000-22000
Exp: 2-4 years

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-charge to manage the day-to-day operations of the store. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material receipt and dispatch, stock verification, record maintenance, and ensuring smooth coordination with the production and purchase departments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials and finished goods.

• Maintain accurate stock records in physical registers and Excel.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.

• Issue materials to the production department as per requisitions.

• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.

• Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.

• Maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and related documentation.

• Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments.

• Monitor inventory levels and inform the Purchase team for replenishment.

• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline

• 2–4 years of experience as a Store In-charge or Store Executive in a manufacturing company.

• Experience in inventory management and store operations is mandatory.

Skills

• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.

• Basic understanding of FIFO, material handling, and warehouse practices.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
