Leon (Furniture Manufacturing)

Job timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

KEY ROLES:

• Inventory management

• Making the indent of raw material to be ordered.

• Issuing raw materials as per BOM

• Issuing machine supplies and hardware and maintaining the store stock

quantities and repairs of machine parts/hardware

• Maintaining MRS (Material Requisitions Slips) against the BOM

• Maintaining minimum and maximum levels of critical and fast moving

items

• Taking delivery of the ordered goods and stocking in allocated area.

Checking against the PO and BOM and making the MRN. Checking raw

materials against PO before signing challan

• Restocking and organising waste raw materials that can be reused (after

completion of production)

• Dumping waste that cannot be reused in assigned dumping containers

• Daily stock updating (current stock, booked material, issued material,

material inward)

• Maintaining tools register

• Stock verification

Regular Stock-Taking manually to tally

• Provide monthly stock and consumption statements

• Book tempo for clearing wastage from factory premises regularly

• Asset Audit of the premises. Shall be responsible if any asset is missing.

SOFTWARE SKILLS:

• Excel/Word

• PowerPoint

EXPECTED COMPETENCIES:

• Computer knowledge

• Store keeping experience

• Organised

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
