Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock summary reports to management.
4. Cross-Departmental Coordination
Production: Coordinate closely to ensure required trims are issued ahead of production schedules to prevent line stoppages.
Merchandising: Align on trim approvals, samples, specific buyer requirements, and project deadlines.
Purchase: Promptly intimate the purchasing team about low-stock alerts, short receipts, or defective supplier shipments.
5. Store Organization & Safety
Organize the store layout logically with proper binning, labeling, and tagging for easy identification and quick retrieval.
