We are looking for a Store In-charge to join our company "Supertec Machines". The role involves oversee daily operations of a store, including maintaining of inventory, ordering supplies, maintaining store standards, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Overseeing Daily Operations: Managing the store's daily activities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
· Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of stock, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment.
· Staff Management: Supervising and guiding store personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
· Store Maintenance: Maintaining store standards, ensuring cleanliness, and managing visual merchandising.
· Safety and Security: Implementing and maintaining safety and security procedures to protect store assets and personnel.
· Inventory Audits: Conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
· Reporting: Preparing reports on store performance, inventory levels, and other relevant data.
Skills Required:
· Inventory Management Skills: Knowledge of inventory control procedures, stock management techniques, relevant software and maintain accurate records.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems, and other relevant technologies.
· Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving inventory.
