Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

Receiving Goods: Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity (e.g., checking acrylic for scratches or ensuring LED batches match in color temperature).
Stock Organization: Categorize materials by type and project. Ensure heavy items (metal frames) are stored safely while fragile items (glass/neon) are protected.
Inventory Tracking: Maintain up-to-date digital and manual logs. Perform regular cycle counts and full physical audits to reconcile "book vs. actual" stock.
Reorder Management: Monitor stock levels and alert the procurement team when high-use items (like specific vinyl colors or adhesives) hit their minimum threshold.
