RUPS Packaging Industry is looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store and inventory activities. The candidate will be responsible for material receipt, inspection, storage, inventory management, material issue, documentation and coordination with Production, Purchase, Accounts, Quality, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.
Receive incoming materials and prepare/verify GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
Coordinate material unloading and ensure proper handling of materials.
Ensure material inspection and coordinate with the Quality/concerned department wherever required.
Arrange and store materials in their designated/allocated locations.
Maintain proper identification, labeling, and systematic storage of materials.
Issue materials to Production and other departments as per approved requirements.
Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, transfers, and closing stock.
Monitor daily inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials for Production.
Maintain proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Regularly verify physical stock and identify stock shortages, excesses, or variances.
Update inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system.
Maintain all store-related documents and records.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Accounts, Quality, Dispatch, and other departments for material requirements.
Ensure proper utilization of warehouse/store space.
Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety standards in the store.
Support internal and external audits and maintain required documentation.
Report stock discrepancies, material damage, and inventory losses to the concerned authority.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, GMP requirements, and safety guidelines.

Compensation
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
