1. Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks.
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when required.
Prevent stock shortages, over-stocking, and material wastage.
2. Material Receiving & Inspection
Receive incoming materials and verify quantity & quality against purchase orders.
Coordinate with QC (Quality Control) for inspection and acceptance of materials.
Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and safe storage.
3. Material Issuing & Dispatch
Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials.
Maintain Gate In / Gate Out records.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and ERP entries.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with audit and documentation procedures.
5. Warehouse Organization
Keep store area clean, organized, and well-arranged.
Implement FIFO / LIFO as per material requirement.
Ensure safe storage handling of hazardous/fragile materials.
6. Coordination
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and Logistics for smooth operations.
Resolve material discrepancies with suppliers.
7. Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety standards.
Follow company SOPs and maintain secure storage practices.
