We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Incharge – Manufacturing to join our team at MM Efficient Gadget LLP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, inventory control, material handling, and ensuring smooth coordination with the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain inventory levels for raw materials, components, and finished goods

• Track daily inward and outward material movement

• Maintain accurate stock records and documentation

• Coordinate with the production, purchase, and dispatch departments

• Monitor material shortages and raise timely purchase requisitions

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of materials

• Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area

• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed

• Supervise loading/unloading activities

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in store or inventory management (manufacturing preferred)

• Strong knowledge of stock management systems

• Familiarity with GRN, stock entries, and ERP/Excel

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong attention to detail and accountability

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
