Store Incharge

We are looking for a Store Incharge to join our team at Fabex Engineering Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Inventory Control and stock monitoring.

• Perform BOM checking and ensure proper material allocation.

• Conduct Raw Material & BO material inspection and maintain records.

• Prepare Job Kits as per production planning.

• Handle GRN & SRN documentation and system entries.

• Coordinate transportation, collect RFQs, and manage vendor sourcing.

• Manage Job Dispatch activities including packaging and documentation.

• Ensure FIFO / LIFO implementation as per company policy.

• Conduct Annual Stock Take and physical verification.

• Maintain proper store data, reports & management presentations.

• Implement and maintain 5S standards in store area.

• Train and supervise store manpower.

• Good knowledge of Inventory Control

• Understanding of GRN, SRN, BOM processes

• Knowledge of FIFO / LIFO system

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP)

• Good coordination & communication skills

• Ability to manage transport vendors and dispatch activities

• Strong documentation and reporting skills

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage overall store operations including inventory control, material handling, transportation coordination, and documentation. The candidate should have experience in manufacturing/store operations and knowledge of ERP/store processes.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
