Job Description

Job Description:

Manage day-to-day store operations, including material receipt, storage, and issuance.
Maintain accurate records for all inward and outward material movements.
Ensure timely and correct entries in the SAP system (SAP knowledge is mandatory).
Perform regular stock reconciliation between physical and system inventory.
Maintain material storage areas as per safety and 5S standards.
Coordinate with vendors for material receipts, returns, and documentation.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual stock audits.
Identify and report slow-moving, obsolete, or non-moving inventory.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly stock and consumption reports with management.
Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and binning of all materials.

Skills & Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Material Management / B.Com or equivalent
Experience: 2–5 years in store or inventory management (preferably in a manufacturing or engineering setup)
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP (MM Module).
- Good command of MS Excel.
