Store Helper

Position: Helper / Packaging

Department: Store / Dispatch

Location: Nangloi, New Delhi

Job Purpose

To support the store and dispatch operations by packing products safely, assisting in

loading/unloading, and ensuring timely movement of materials to transport points such as railway

stations or bus stations when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing finished products properly as per company standards.

• Assisting in loading and unloading of materials and products when required.

• Carrying packed materials within the premises and to dispatch points.

• Depositing packages at railway station, bus station, or transport office as instructed.

• Helping store staff in basic store-related activities (arranging, shifting, cleaning, etc.).

• Ensuring packages are handled carefully to avoid damage.

• Following safety rules and company instructions at all times.

• Supporting other store or factory-related work as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements & Skills

• Physically fit and willing to do manual work.

• Comfortable with packing, lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading work.

• Ready to travel locally for depositing packages if required.

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.

• Prior experience in store/packing work is an advantage (not mandatory).

Working Conditions

• May involve physical work and movement outside the company premises.

• Work timing and duties may vary based on dispatch requirements.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
