Job Description – Store Head
Department: Stores / Inventory Experience: 7–12 Years Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Incoming Store, Raw Material (RM) Store, and Finished Goods (FG) Store.
- Ensure accurate inventory records, stock reconciliation, and material availability.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory turnover, and stock-out situations.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure proper material receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable and maintain proper material traceability.
- Ensure store housekeeping, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare inventory reports and control material wastage and discrepancies.
Required Skills: Inventory management, ERP/MIS, team handling, material planning, coordination, and analytical skills
