Job Description – Stores Executive – Gate Inward

Location: Manufacturing Plant – Lodha Industrial & Logistic Park, Ambernath

Reporting To: Stores Manager / General Manager – F&A

System Used: SAP Business One (SAP B1) / ERP

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle gate inward operations including receipt and verification of incoming materials.

• Verify supplier documents such as Invoice, Delivery Challan, E-Way Bill, and LR Copy.

• Cross-check materials against Purchase Orders (PO).

• Verify quantity, batch number, specifications, and material description.

• Create Gate Inward Entry and GRPO in SAP B1.

• Ensure proper warehouse and bin allocation in the system.

• Coordinate with Accounts for invoice booking and documentation.

• Handle rejected, short, excess, or damaged material entries.

• Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspection and clearance.

• Maintain inward registers, audit records, and GST compliance documentation.

• Supervise unloading, storage, labeling, and stacking of materials.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA/QC, Accounts, and Security departments.

• Prepare daily inward reports and maintain pending GRPO tracker.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Material Management, Commerce, or Supply Chain.

• 2–5 years of experience in Manufacturing Stores.

• Hands-on experience in SAP B1 / ERP system.

• Knowledge of GST, E-Way Bill process, FIFO & FEFO.

• Good documentation, coordination, and communication skills.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
